Which of these teams will be great next season and which one will be garbage?

I think all of these teams could be strong next season. The Texans have a great offense, they need a little better defense. Giants had too many injuries this season, they'll be ready to go next year. Panthers have their QB of the future and are ready to compete. The Steelers need Troy P. healthy. The Dolphins have become competitive, can they take the next step?
