If a man loves two women equally should he dump one or else?

If a man is in love with two women and this two women love him too, is it fair for all of them to dump one? In love, law and religion should not stick their nose into personal affairs. What do you think, should plural marriage should be allowed as long as fairness, equity and love is involved?
