Trying everything for acne!?

So I am trying everything possible for acne treatment, I am so tired of having it. I was using Proactive but it never fully cleared my skin then I tried other products including benzoyl peroxide with still no great results. I went to the doctor and he prescribed me some apo-tetra 250MG pills and some gel which seams to be helping a little but still haven't fully cleared up. I have acne mostly concentrated on the back of the jawline of both sides of my face. Ive had to start wearing makeup to cover it up :(. If anyone has any ideas please tell me as I can't get in to see a dermatologist here for at least a year! Im trying different things to see if I can pinpoint the cause and I mean I'm trying a lot of things. Currently I'm trying to stop masturbation, going to try more sunlight exposure, different foods. Im really trying here...I just want it to go away.
