Anyone know the cost of replacing a Vauxhall corsa motor for the scren wash?

The screen wash facility on my Vauxhall Corsa car got frozen and didn't work over Christmas, I thought once it had thawed it would work but it didn't. the mechanic at the garage told me this morning that the it was the motor that had gone in the screen wash (he didn't even check it) and it would cost over �200 to replace plus vat and labour charges, is this a fair price, anyone know before I book it in for repair. Thanks to anyone who may know.
