Could this mean i am pregnant?

If i have unprocted on my most fertily day of ovulation and my husband s inside me and at first it takes about 15mins for it to start comming back out then i lay back down for like a half hr. and i sit up and more starts comming back out and then even a hr. after this time i get up walk out 2 my living room then back to bedroom and when i get back in my room for the finally time the rest of it comes back out. Now like i said being that this time was my most fertily time and it took 2hr or more for it to come back out even with walkin around and moving does it sound like my chance are pretty good that i may have concived? Plus havent been on b/c since end of april'08
