Do you sometimes feel like Bruce Willis' character in The Sixth Sense?

Well yes I do........ except for the being dead part. I do sometimes feel I am an outsider looking in and people are all around me without noticing me. Could simply be because I am a foreigner, living in a foreign land!!!!
