Can settlement terms reached for mutual divorce be broken before 1st motion?

I have a staunch feeling that you are being confused by the advises given to you.For mutual consent six months time is granted for confirming the consent and the complying of the terms and conditions in the petition agreed mutually. If any of the terms are not complied or followed as agreed the aggreived spouse has full right to withdraw her /his consent.In your case all the condition does not seem to have executed as agreed,so in the very court you can make an application to reconsider or seek direction from the court to rectify the illegality carried out by the other party,by supporting it with your affidavit.I am sure your advocate will definitely ist you.If order is ped ask for a review from the same court which ped the order.
