Do you think Obama would have eulogized Strom Thurmond?

If it were Strom Thurmond that died last week. Never mind the fact that Byrd filbustered the CRA of 1964 and set a Congressional record in the process while Thurmond fathered a child with a black woman. Never mind that Thurmond stormed the beaches of Normandy while Byrd was still lynching black people in the Klan.
